Phil Germer has been advertising and marketing his businesses since he was in the 4th grade selling lemonade to his neighbors. Never working for the other guy, Phil has experienced the long hours and stresses related to being an entrepreneur and carrying the load of wearing many hats. Phil’s entrepreneurial experience includes starting a service maintenance business from scratch and building it into an operation with 27 trucks and over 80 employees serving the Western Washington grocery store industry. Using a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to growth, he has been successful in numerous other business ventures including starting and selling an Interior Design Company called Creative Interior Design in Vancouver Washington. They won the “interior of the year” at the local parade of homes show in 1985. In addition, Phil built then sold a Janitorial Business in 1974 called Brite Way Janitorial which is still in business today.

Developing the Marketing Mastermind Educational Series in Seattle in 2002 he has helped hundreds of businesses in over 20 different industries. His understanding of how business works and the strategies needed to market products and services correctly is brought out in these testimonials.

Phil’s turnaround capability is highlighted by an example of collaboration with Co-Principal Consultant Mona Zaccagni. An Import Company was losing market share and was behind YTD sales by $2.5m. Within six (6) months of hiring Phil and Mona – the Import Company not only made up the $2.5m, but finished the year on track and on budget.
